| Beschrijving keerzijde | Three Ivory-billed Woodpeckers (Campephilus principalis bairdii) are depicted in a naturalistic composition set against a deeply mirrored proof field. In the left portion of the field, rendered in matte relief, one bird clings to the textured bark of a tree trunk near a nest cavity. To the right, a second bird is shown perched prominently in the foreground, its distinctive plumage and ivory bill finely detailed, while a third specimen is depicted in flight with wings fully extended.
