Cuba's Olympic commemorative program of the late 1980s and early 1990s was one of the most prolific in the world — the island issued dozens of silver collector pieces tied to the Barcelona 1992 cycle, most with mintages low enough to satisfy a collector market but high enough to turn up regularly in dealer stock.
