Popis líce	The right half of the note is dominated by a vignette of the equestrian monument to Máximo Gómez, rendered in intaglio with fine detail against a multicolour guilloche underprint in green, pink, and yellow. The denomination DIEZ PESOS is printed in large bold lettering at centre, with the inscription pesos convertibles below in smaller type, alongside a six-line guarantee text. A five-pointed star in outline appears to the right of the monument, with the panel prefix and serial number printed in red.

Popis rubu	The Cuban national coat of arms is centrally placed, rendered in full colour with the shield bearing a golden key, rising sun, and palm tree, flanked by laurel and oak branches and surmounted by the Phrygian cap on a pole. A five-pointed red star appears to the left, with the numeral 10 in the lower left corner. The upper border carries the inscription REPUBLICA DE CUBA in red, and a legal tender text block occupies the lower right corner.
