| 正面描述 | Brown-tinted note with the bank title 'BANCO OXANDABURU Y GARBINO' in bold lettering across the upper portion, beneath a top border inscribed 'Compañía Americana de Billetes de Banco Nueva York'. A central vignette presents two figures in traditional Bolivian dress engaged in exchange, flanked on the left by a seated male figure and on the right by a circular vignette of a bull's head. The denomination 'DIEZ PESOS BOLIVIANOS' is printed in two lines across the lower central field, with the clause 'O SU EQUIVALENTE EN MONEDA LEGAL' below the serial number, and a manuscript date of 20 March 1869. |

| 背面描述 | Uniformly printed in brown on plain paper, the reverse is composed entirely of intricate lathe-work guilloche ornament arranged in a symmetrical layout. Two oval medallions at left and right each bear the numeral '10' within fine engine-turned borders, while a large central cartouche carries the three-line inscription 'EL BANCO OXANDABURU Y CARBINO' surrounded by concentric rings of geometric latticework. The overall design relies solely on mechanical ruling for its decorative effect, with no pictorial vignettes. |

| 备注 |
Banco Oxandaburu y Garbino was one of several short-lived private banks that briefly operated in Bolivia during the 1860s before the country established a formal national banking framework. The bank's lifespan was narrow, and notes from this issuer survived in very small numbers — most were likely redeemed or destroyed when the institution folded.
The American Bank Note Company contract is worth noting: ABNC printed for dozens of Latin American private banks during this period, often using partially pre-engraved stock plates with bespoke text added per client. Whether this note used a unique or a recycled vignette arrangement is a legitimate question for specialists working the PS catalogue.
