| Obverse description | The Cuban national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a shield quartered with a golden key between two coastlines, a rising sun over a landscape, and a royal palm tree, surmounted by a Phrygian cap on a fasces and flanked by sprays of oak on the left and laurel on the right. The legend REPUBLICA DE CUBA arcs along the upper periphery within a rope border, while the denomination 10 PESOS appears at the base of the coin. To the left of the arms the fineness indicator 1 OZ is inscribed vertically, and to the right AG 0.999 denotes the silver purity, both set against a decorative scroll border encircling the entire design. |
