Radiating lines extend from behind the animal's head toward the lower portion of the field, evoking a sunburst motif. The denomination $10 appears in the upper central field above the animal. The legend BAJA CALIFORNIA arcs along the upper periphery, while GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO is inscribed along the lower periphery.
