Obverse description	Orange-brown note with the title PROVINCIA DE JUJUY and TITULO PROVINCIAL DE FINANCIAMIENTO in letterpress at top, above the legal citation LEY 4824 DECRETO ACUERDO N° 2889-E-95. A large guilloche-framed vignette to the right displays a cathedral and surrounding colonial architecture. The central denomination numeral 10 is set within an oval guilloche underprint, with DIEZ PESOS below. Two serial numbers appear at upper right and lower left, flanked by the provincial coat of arms at bottom centre and two signature lines reading MINISTRO DE ECONOMIA and GOBERNADOR. The expiry date FECHA DE CADUCIDAD 1 DE ABRIL DE 2007 is printed at left.

Reverse description	Printed entirely in brown on cream paper, the reverse carries a dense block of legal text setting out the articles governing the Titulo Provincial de Financiamiento under Ley N° 4824/94, arranged in justified columns across the full width of the note. The heading PROVINCIA DE JUJUY and TITULO PROVINCIAL DE FINANCIAMIENTO LEY N° 4824/94 appear at top centre. The provincial coat of arms is reproduced to the right, and the issuer's monogram device is repeated at lower left.
