Obverse description	The obverse is dominated by a vignette of an oil derrick at right centre, rendered in fine intaglio line work against a light guilloche underprint in pink and beige tones. The Argentine provincial coat of arms appears at lower right, while two facsimile signature panels are inscribed below the central text, attributed to the Contador General and Tesorero General de la Provincia. The serial number and series designation appear at upper right, with the denomination numeral '10' printed in large format at both upper left and centre.

Reverse description	The reverse bears a full printed text in Spanish setting out the legal and financial terms of the Letras de Tesorería PETROM emission, structured as numbered articles referencing Ley 6982. The text is arranged in justified columns on a plain light background with a decorative guilloche border. A large capital letter 'A' in a shaded panel appears at left, serving as a series identifier.
Reverse lettering	PROVINCIA DE MENDOZA LETRAS DE TESORERIA PETROM LEY 6982 Artículo 1°.- Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo a contraer un empréstito público, representado por un programa de emisión de Letras de Tesorería denominadas PETROM, en una o varias series, hasta un importe máximo de PESOS CIENTO CINCUENTA MILLONES ($ 150.000.000). Este importe será destinado al pago de las obligaciones de la Provincia, incluidas las deudas devengadas con los Municipios. Artículo 3°.- Las Letras de Tesorería serán canceladas a su vencimiento y hasta que ello ocurra se garantizarán con un fondo público integrado por la afectación periódica de un porcentaje de los recursos que ingresen por regalías petrolíferas, sólo en la porción de recursos que a la Provincia le correspondan, según ley de participación municipal. Artículo 6°.- Las Letras de Tesorería serán nominadas en pesos y tendrán su vencimiento el día 30 de marzo de 2007, fecha en que se cancelará el ciento treinta y cinco por ciento (135%) de su valor nominal. La amortización o rescate de las Letras de Tesorería será atendido con los recursos que se hayan acumulado en virtud de la afectación estipulada en el artículo 3°.
