The denomination '10' appears in large numerals at upper left and lower right, with 'DIEZ PESOS' in letterpress at left. The note carries the series designation 'SERIE C SEGUNDA EMISION' at top right, along with an emission date of 15/07/2001 and a maturity date of 15/08/2002, with two signature lines for the Ministro de Hacienda y Finanzas and the Interventor Federal de la Provincia de Corrientes.

Reverse description The reverse is devoted entirely to the printed legal text of the authorizing legislation, set in small typeface across the full face of the note. Articles 28 through 34 of Decree-Law No. 1/99, 34/00, 114/01, and 134/01, together with Decree No. 776/01, are reproduced verbatim, establishing the legal framework for the CECACOR certificates. A subtle floral guilloche underprint runs behind the text block.
