| Obverse description | Central field features the Colombian national coat of arms, depicting a condor with outstretched wings atop a divided shield bearing horizontal bands and a pomegranate, flanked by two cornucopias. The shield is rendered in moderate relief with fine detail on the condor's plumage. The circular legend REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA runs along the upper periphery in Latin characters, interrupted by the coin's beaded border. The date appears in the lower exergual area below the arms. |
