Reverse description The Spanish royal coat of arms, quartered with castles and lions and bearing the central escutcheon with the fleur-de-lis of the Bourbon dynasty, surmounted by a royal crown and flanked by draped mantling with floral garlands. Mint marks Mp. and M. appear in the lower field to either side. The denomination 20 PESETAS is inscribed at the bottom, with the legend REY CONST.E DE ESPAÑA arcing around the upper periphery. A beaded border frames the design.
