Reverse description The crowned and mantled coat of arms of Montenegro, featuring a double-headed eagle, occupies the central field, flanked by sprigs of oak on the left and olive on the right tied at the base. A royal crown surmounts the shield, with heraldic mantle draped to either side. The denomination '10' appears below the shield, with 'ПЕРПЕРА' inscribed on a ribbon beneath it, and the date '1910' in the lower exergue. The Cyrillic legend 'КЊАЖЕВИНА ЦРНА ГОРА' (Principality of Montenegro) arcs along the upper periphery.
