| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in shades of rose-brown on a fine guilloche underprint filling the entire field. The legend ГЛАВНА ДРЖАВНА БЛАГАЈНА ИСПЛАТИЋЕ ДОНОСИОЦУ ОВЕ УПУТНИЦЕ appears across the upper margin, with the denomination ДЕСЕТ ПЕРПЕРА in large Cyrillic lettering below. A central circular vignette bears the royal arms of Montenegro overprinted with an official stamp. The series and serial number are printed to either side of the central device, with the date and place of issue (Цетиње) at centre, and two manuscript signatures of the President of the Supreme State Control and the Minister of Finance at the foot. |
