| Opis awersu | Printed in blue-grey on uncoloured paper, the obverse is framed by elaborate symmetrical scrollwork and foliate ornamental borders. The royal coat of arms of Montenegro appears in an engraved vignette at the upper left, with the denomination numeral 10 in the upper right cartouche. The central field carries the Cyrillic text of the note's value and the issuing authority, with serial number, date, and two manuscript signatures of the Predsjednik Glavne Državne Blagajne and the Ministar finansija respectively, along with a large circular violet control stamp overlaid in the centre. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse is printed in the same blue-grey tone and features a geometric guilloche border with the denomination numeral 10 repeated in each corner. The upper centre carries the Cyrillic issuer name КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНАГОРА, below which the value ДЕСЕТ ПЕРПЕРА is set in bold lettering. A violet circular stamp is applied to the centre of the note, and a legal warning inscription against forgery runs along the lower portion of the note. |
