| Obverse description | Printed in blue-grey on uncoloured paper, the obverse is framed by elaborate symmetrical scrollwork and foliate ornamental borders. The royal coat of arms of Montenegro appears in an engraved vignette at the upper left, with the denomination numeral 10 in the upper right cartouche. The central field carries the Cyrillic text of the note's value and the issuing authority, with serial number, date, and two manuscript signatures of the Predsjednik Glavne Državne Blagajne and the Ministar finansija respectively, along with a large circular violet control stamp overlaid in the centre. |
