Popis líce	The Finnish coat of arms occupies the central field: a crowned lion rampant to the right, brandishing a straight sword in its raised right forepaw and trampling a curved sabre beneath its hind legs, all set against a ground strewn with nine small five-petalled roses. The date is divided on either side of the lion, with the first two digits to the left and the last two digits to the right. The design is executed in bold relief with no peripheral legend, the composition filling the field to the raised rim.

Popis rubu	The large numeral '10' dominates the central field in bold upright figures. The denomination legend 'PENNIÄ' curves along the lower portion of the field in widely spaced capital letters. Three small five-petalled roses are symmetrically arranged around the numeral — one at the top centre and one at each side — providing decorative accents consistent with the Finnish heraldic rose motif. The field is otherwise plain, bounded by a raised rim.
