The issuing authority inscription and denomination "Tíz Pengő" are set in bold blackletter type at centre, flanked by the numeral 10 in all four corners. A rectangular cartouche at lower centre carries the legal tender and counterfeiting warning text, with the serial number printed twice in red flanking it.
