| 正面描述 | Uncrowned left-facing effigy of King Charles III after the portrait by Glyn Davies, rendered in fine relief against a polished field. The legend KING CHARLES III arcs across the upper periphery, with ISLE OF MAN continuing to the right. The engraver's initials GD appear truncated below the portrait, and the date 2025 is positioned at the base of the coin, flanked by decorative stops. |

The Mull of Galloway is the southernmost point of Scotland, sitting closer to Ireland and England than to most of Scotland itself — a geographical oddity that made it strategically significant for centuries of Irish Sea navigation. Its inclusion in a Manx coin series is logical: the Isle of Man shares the same body of water and has maintained a distinct administrative identity from the British Crown since the Revestment Act of 1765, which transferred lordship from the Atholl family to the Crown for £70,000.
