Beschrijving voorzijde	The Montenegrin royal coat of arms dominates the field, depicting a double-headed eagle with wings displayed, surmounted by a royal crown. The eagle's dexter talon clutches a sceptre and the sinister talon holds an orb topped with a cross. A central escutcheon on the eagle's breast bears a lion passant. The design is rendered in bold relief and enclosed within a beaded border.
