背面描述 The reverse displays the denomination numeral '10' in large, bold figures occupying the upper field, with the currency unit 'ØRE' inscribed in stylised letters below, the Ø character rendered with characteristic Art Nouveau-influenced lettering. Decorative scrollwork and volute ornaments flank the denomination inscription on either side, while a row of small circular pellets forms an ornamental band at the base. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border running along the coin's rim, creating a clean and legible composition typical of early twentieth-century Danish coinage.

附加信息

Denmark's entry into billon coinage for the 10 øre reflected wartime metal pressures — silver content was dropped from the previous .800 standard as hoarding and export of higher-purity coins drained reserves across Scandinavia during the First World War. The .400 alloy was a deliberate half-measure, preserving nominal silver content while halving the intrinsic value.

KM#818 was struck across six years, with mintages varying considerably by year. The 1914 and 1919 dates are typically the hardest to source in better preservation.
