| Obverse description | At center, the State Emblem of Israel — a menorah flanked by olive branches — is prominently displayed within the field. The face value and the word 'Israel' appear in three languages (Hebrew, English, and Arabic), with the Hebrew year התשפ״ג and Gregorian year 2023 also inscribed.
