| 备注 |
The Sammellager für Ausländer — literally "collection camp for foreigners" — at Stargard in Pommern was one of several internment and transit facilities operating in Germany in the immediate postwar years, processing displaced persons, stateless individuals, and foreign nationals caught in the administrative chaos following the collapse of the Reich and the Versailles redrawing of borders. Camp scrip of this type was issued to restrict detainees to internal exchange, preventing contact with the external German economy.
Louis Koch of Halberstadt was a minor regional printer responsible for several emergency and institutional issues from this period. The DeNG reference places this among a numbered series of six, suggesting the camp operated a structured denomination range rather than issuing ad hoc.
