The central panel, framed by a bold cartouche, bears the denomination legend GUTSCHEIN ÜBER ZEHN MARK in large Gothic type, flanked at each corner by bold numeral 10 denominators. Below the denomination, a smaller text block states the redemption terms alongside a central vignette of the Frankfurt civic eagle coat of arms, with the date FRANKFURT a.M., 15. Okt. 1918 and the magistrate's manuscript signature to the right. |
