Opis awersu	Central vignette of the medieval Maiden Tower (Qız Qalası) in Baku rendered in intaglio, set against a multicolour guilloche underprint with geometric ornamentation. The denomination numeral "10" appears in an ornate cartouche at right, with the bank title in large letterpress at top. Serial number and "Manat" in stylised script are printed at lower left and lower right respectively, with a decorative rosette guilloche panel at upper left.

Opis rewersu	The reverse is dominated by an elaborate multicolour guilloche panel of interlocking geometric and floral motifs inspired by traditional Azerbaijani carpet design, enclosed within a series of ornamental borders in blue, pink, and gold tones. The bank title is overprinted in large intaglio letters at centre. The denomination numeral "10" appears in a lozenge cartouche at lower right, with a watermark window at upper right.
