备注

The Bank Broadel Breizh was never a legal monetary authority. This note is a separatist fantasy piece issued by Breton nationalist circles in the early 1990s, when regionalist movements across Western Europe were producing quasi-official paper as both political statements and fundraising instruments. It carries no legal tender status and never circulated in any commercial sense.

The "Lur" denomination is invented — a Breton-language neologism with no historical monetary precedent in the region. Rolland Broustal's involvement suggests this was produced with genuine graphic intent rather than as crude propaganda, but the watermark security feature reads more as a legitimacy signal than a functional anti-counterfeiting measure on a note nobody was obligated to accept.
