The bank title appears in French at the top and in Arabic below, with the denomination stated as DIX LIVRES in bold lettering at centre and repeated in Arabic script. Date and place of issue read DAMAS 1er SEPTEMBRE 1939, flanked by two manuscript signatures, with the serial number appearing twice and the reimbursement clause printed in both French and Arabic. |
