| 备注 |
The Republika Srpska Krajina was the self-proclaimed Serb state carved out of Croatian territory during the 1991–1995 war. Cut off from normal supply chains and operating under a blockade, the RSK developed a parallel rationing infrastructure — fuel coupons being among the more practical instruments. This 10-litre gasoline coupon functioned as a claim on a controlled commodity in a wartime economy where hard currency was scarce and fuel allocation was a military and civilian priority simultaneously.
The RSK ceased to exist in August 1995 when Croatian forces overran the territory in Operation Storm. Unspent coupons became worthless overnight.
