| Obverse description | Right-facing uniformed bust of King Vittorio Emanuele III, depicted in high military dress with visible collar and epaulettes. The portrait is rendered in high relief in a realistic, naturalistic style typical of early twentieth-century Italian coinage. The legend VITTORIO EMANUELE III arcs along the upper periphery. Below the bust truncation, at left, appears the engraver's knot mark within a small rectangle serving as the artist's signature device. |

| Reverse description | Standing allegorical female figure representing agricultural Italy, facing slightly left, holding a large sheaf of wheat in her left arm while her right hand rests upon a plow handle. The composition evokes classical allegory rendered in the Liberty-influenced style of early twentieth-century Italian medallic art. The denomination LIRE 10 appears in the field to either side of the central figure, with the legend REGNO D'ITALIA arcing along the upper periphery. In the exergue, the engraver's name E. BONINSEGNA, the designer's name M. L. GIORGI INC., the mintmark R, and the date are inscribed, flanked by the Star of Italy. |
