At upper right, an oval vignette contains a portrait of Italia Turrita facing left, framed by a beaded border. The upper portion bears the bank name in bold letterpress within a rectangular guilloche panel, with the denomination numeral '10' at center-left accompanied by a fine guilloche underprint band. Three signature lines for the Censor, Regent, and Cashier appear at mid-center, with a legal warning text in small characters along the lower margin. The series and serial number are printed at upper left.
