Obverse description Allegorical figure of Justice seated facing, her head turned slightly to the left, wearing a pearl necklace and draped robes rendered in fine relief. In her left hand she holds an upright sword, while her right hand cradles a mural crown, symbolizing sovereignty and law. The date appears to the left of the figure within the inner circle. The circumferential legend IVSTITIA SUPREMA LEX ESTO runs around the border, interrupted by small floral ornaments at the lower left and lower right, all engraved in a refined Italian Art Deco style.
