Obverse description A three-quarter portrait vignette of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is positioned to the right of centre against an intricate guilloche underprint in green. The bank title and denomination are printed across the upper portion of the note, with the large numeral '10' repeated in each corner. Two facsimile signatures appear below a legal authority inscription referencing the law of 11 June 1930.
Obverse lettering TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYET MERKEZ BANKASI 10 ON TÜRK LİRASI
(Translation: Central Bank of the Turkish Republic, Ten Turkish Lira)
Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in red and presents a scenic landscape vignette of the historic stone bridge over the Meriç River at Edirne, set within a naturalistic composition of trees and riverbank. To the left, an ornate arabesque medallion panel provides decorative contrast, while a large blank circle to the right likely served as a watermark window area. The bank title and denomination appear in the upper and lower registers respectively.
