| Obverse description | Vertical format note with an elaborate Art Nouveau-style border of interlocking scrollwork and guilloche patterns in salmon-pink and blue-green. The denomination numeral "10" appears in each of the four corners, with the bank name and payment obligation text in Cyrillic occupying the centre field. Two signature lines for the Governor (Управитель) and Cashier (Касиерь) appear in the lower central area, above a repeated serial number in each corner. |
