备注

The American Bank Note Company held a near-monopoly on Central American currency production through much of the twentieth century, and Honduras was no exception. This series ran across a five-year window during which the lempira maintained a fixed peg of 2:1 against the US dollar — a rate that had held since 1926 and would continue unbroken until 1990, one of the longest currency pegs in Latin American history.

Pick 57 notes from the early part of the 1970–1975 run are noticeably scarcer than later dates, reflecting lower print volumes before the regional economic disruptions of the mid-decade pushed circulation figures upward.
