| Reverse description | The central field of the reverse presents a finely detailed botanical study of the white water lily (Nymphaea alba), depicting a fully open bloom resting upon broad, rounded lily pads with a closed bud visible at lower left, all rendered in high relief against a frosted, granular field enclosed within an inner circle. The surrounding border legend reads CARTEA ROȘIE arcing across the upper periphery, with NUFĂR ALB along the left side, and the scientific name NYMPHAEA ALBA inscribed in elegant italic script along the lower right, all separated by small dot ornaments.
