| Obverse description | Central field features a stylized eagle with wings spread wide, perched atop a recumbent lion rendered in an archaic Georgian decorative style, evoking ancient heraldic imagery. Six six-pointed stars are distributed symmetrically around the central devices in the field. The legend in Georgian Mkhedruli script encircles the design along the periphery, reading 'საქართველოს სახელმწიფოებრიობის წელი' (years of Georgian statehood). The numeral '3000' appears in large characters at the base of the design, flanked by ornamental foliate motifs. The overall composition is executed in high relief against a mirror-polished proof field. |
