Obverse description	Central field depicts a detailed relief view of the Presidential Office Building in Taipei, a prominent colonial-era structure with a tall central tower, rendered in fine engraved detail. The denomination '10 KWACHA' appears in the lower central field beneath the building. The upper legend reads 'REPUBLIC OF CHINA' in Latin characters, and the lower legend reads 'BANK OF MALAWI', flanking a small arms of Malawi in the lower centre. Two small plum blossom ornaments appear at the left and right of the inner field border. A beaded rim encircles the entire design.
