The obverse is printed entirely in Ottoman Turkish calligraphy and letterpress on plain paper, enclosed within an elaborate multi-line rectangular border of intricate geometric and floral guilloche work. A large central sunburst vignette with radiating rays surrounds a blank oval reserve at the top centre, below which several cartouches in ornate frames carry the denomination and treasury inscriptions in naskh and thuluth scripts. Two oval signature cartouches appear in the lower half flanking a central text panel, with a further small oval seal cartouche at the foot. |

The reverse is largely plain paper, showing the natural texture and fold lines of the note. Two oval hand-stamped official seals in dark ink are applied to the centre of the sheet — one smaller and rounder toward the upper area, and one slightly larger and more elongated below it — both bearing Ottoman calligraphic inscriptions identifying treasury or validating officials. |
