Popis rubu	The Estonian coat of arms — three blue lions passant on a shield framed by oak branches — occupies the upper left, accompanied by a small numeral "10" within a rosette at lower left, all rendered in teal intaglio over a multicolour guilloche underprint. To the right, a large central cartouche formed by concentric scalloped guilloche bands in blue and brown carries the bold numeral "10", flanked above and below by ribbon banners bearing the denomination inscription.
