| 备注 |
Wadstena Enskilda Bank was one of Sweden's numerous provincial private banks operating under the enskilda bank system, which permitted note issuance against a backing of capital and securities. The system produced hundreds of regional note types between the 1830s and its eventual wind-down following the Riksbank's consolidation of issue rights in the early twentieth century. Wadstena, a small lakeside town in Östergötland, is an unlikely place to find a bank of note-issuing status — yet the enskilda framework made exactly this possible.
Pick 640 is not a common survivor. Provincial enskilda notes were redeemed and destroyed with unusual efficiency during the transition period.
