Aanvullende informatie

Slovakia's collaborationist government, established under German pressure in March 1939, moved quickly to build out a national coinage distinct from the Czechoslovak issues it replaced. This trial strike preceded the circulating 10 korún series and was produced in silver rather than the base metal composition ultimately adopted for circulation — a not uncommon cost-driven substitution made during wartime production planning. KM#E2 pieces were never intended for release and exist in very limited numbers, almost certainly distributed only among mint officials and government approvers.
