Obverse description The obverse displays the Soviet state emblem in high relief, featuring a hammer and sickle superimposed on a globe, framed by two symmetrical sheaves of wheat bound with a ribbon at the base. A five-pointed star surmounts the composition at the apex. The trial-strike designation 'I А14' appears at the lower left of the field, with the Cyrillic inscription 'СССР' (USSR) positioned along the lower rim. The design is rendered in a bold, sculptural style characteristic of Soviet coinage of the mid-20th century.
