| Obverse description | The obverse displays the arms of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, featuring a central device of a hammer and sickle superimposed over a rising sun with radiating rays, framed by a wreath of wheat ears tied at the base. The state emblem is set within a beaded inner circle, with the Cyrillic revolutionary legend ПРОЛЕТАРИИ ВСЕХ СТРАН, СОЕДИНЯЙТЕСЬ! (Workers of the world, unite!) running around the upper periphery.
