| Obverse description | Printed in blue on white paper in the format of a postage stamp, with perforated edges on all sides. A central oval vignette contains an intaglio portrait of Tsar Nicholas II in military uniform, framed by laurel branches and a decorative scroll cartouche bearing the Cyrillic legend ПОЧТА at the top.
