| Obverse description | The Soviet state arms of the Ukrainian SSR (УСРР) appears as a vignette at the centre-left. The header inscription in Cyrillic reads УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ХОЗЯЙСТВЕН. ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯМИ ВУЦИК, flanked by the year 1923 on both sides within a decorative border. The central text states the denomination ДЕСЯТЬ копеек in bold letterpress, followed by a clause specifying validity at the official chervonets rate until 1 October 1924, with spaces for series and number; two manuscript signatures of the Secretary and Chief Accountant of VTsIK appear at the lower centre, above the series designation Серия № 01. |
