| Reverse description | Central motif consists of the Ukrainian Tryzub (trident) rendered on a blue enamel shield, positioned at the center of an elaborate ornamental cross with splayed, gilt-edged arms decorated with red and gold enamel infill, evoking the design of the Order of Merit ('Орден «За Заслуги»'). The cross is set against an intricate ornamental background with fine filigree-style detailing.
