| Obverse description | The coin is struck in the form of a bell. The central field depicts two carolers dressed in traditional Ukrainian winter folk attire, standing in a snowy village landscape with thatched-roof cottages and a crescent moon visible in the background. Between the figures rises a vertushka (a star-on-a-pole processional staff) surmounted by a gilt eight-pointed star with a candle motif rendered in applied gilding, and a Swarovski crystal snowflake at the apex of the bell-shaped flan. The lower field carries the inscriptions 'Ag 999 31,1' at left, the denomination '10₴' flanked by the date '2023' at left and the Cyrillic legend 'УКРАЇНА' with the trident state arms at center-right, all rendered in a decorative folk-art typeface. Snowflake motifs and pearl-like beaded details animate the surrounding field. |
