| 裏面の説明 | The oval reverse bears a coloured Easter egg (pysanka) decorated with the traditional ornament of the Chernihiv region of Polissya, centred on a rose motif symbolising the dawn, the sun, fire, and light — emblems of life, well-being, energy, and the spring awakening of nature. The design is rendered in a rich red, symbolising strength, health, and vitality, and black, representing the earth, fertility, ancestral memory, and protection. The colour treatment adheres to the centuries-old symbolic vocabulary of Ukrainian folk egg-painting, lending the composition both decorative and apotropaic significance. |

Ukraine has issued annual Easter-themed silver coins since 2009, each centered on the pysanka — the decorated egg tradition with roots in pre-Christian Slavic ritual that the Orthodox church absorbed rather than displaced. The series has become one of the NBU's most consistently collected domestic issues, with sell-outs at the point of release becoming routine by the mid-2010s.
The 2026 date places this coin among the issues produced under wartime minting conditions, with the NBU having relocated core operations following the 2022 invasion.
