| Obverse description | The oval obverse is divided into four quadrants by intersecting lines forming a cross, a sacred symbol representing the unity of existence bridging heaven and earth. Each quadrant depicts traditional pysanka ornamentation characteristic of a specific Polissian region: the bottom-left sector represents Rivne oblast with wave, net, and comb-like rake-tooth motifs; the top-left sector represents Volyn oblast with a star fragment, dots, comb-like protrusions, solar discs, and waves; the top-right sector represents Zhytomyr oblast with comb-like protrusions and a solar motif; and the bottom-right sector represents Kyiv oblast with spirals and a net. The legend УКРАЇНА, the date 2026, denomination 10₴, and the fineness and weight inscriptions Ag 999 and 31.1 appear in the field. |
