| Reverse description | The reverse of this square coin centres on a gilded rendition of the official seal of Hetman Ivan Skoropadsky, depicted as a raised circular medallion with selective gold gilding. The seal portrays a standing Cossack figure in period military dress, holding a musket and sabre, encircled by a Cyrillic legend identifying it as the seal of the Hetman of Little Russia and the Zaporozhian Host. Surrounding the central medallion, an arc of stars and ornate floral rosettes frames the field, with the Cyrillic inscriptions КОЗАЦЬКІ at the top and КЛЕЙНОДИ at the bottom in stylised archaic lettering. Additional decorative motifs including small heraldic ornaments embellish the four corners of the square flan. |

| Additional information |
Ivan Skoropadsky served as Hetman of Left-Bank Ukraine from 1708 until his death in 1722, appointed by Peter the Great following the catastrophic defeat of Mazepa at Poltava. His regalia — mace, bunchuk, and seals — were instruments of an authority that was increasingly nominal; Peter systematically dismantled the Hetmanate's autonomy throughout Skoropadsky's tenure, establishing the Little Russian Collegium in 1722 to govern Ukraine over the Hetman's head.
The KM reference spanning four numbers reflects this as a set issue, with individual pieces differentiated by the specific regalia depicted.
