10 Heller Zell an der Pram

Zell an der Pram is a small market town in Upper Austria, and this 10 Heller note belongs to the vast wave of Notgeld issued by Austrian municipalities between 1919 and 1922 — a direct consequence of the coin shortage that followed the collapse of the Habsburg monetary system.
